Car accident claims 4 men's lives in California

Four men recently lost their lives in a tragic collision involving a single motor vehicle in California. The car accident occurred on a Wednesday morning along the 710 Freeway. Now, the men's surviving loved ones are left to grieve and wonder how they could have lost so many lives at once.

The crash took place at 3:17 a.m. Police said the car was speeding at that time. The motor vehicle's driver then lost control of the car before crashing it into a guardrail as well as a pole. Firefighters had a hard time extricating the man from the mangled car, which apparently wrapped itself around the pole.

A witness reported that the driver of the car had been in a race with another motorist at the time of the collision. However, police said they saw no evidence of a race at the time of the crash. The men who lost their lives in the crash ranged in age from 20 years old to 24 years old.

In this crash situation, the loved ones of the deceased car passengers may choose to file wrongful death claims against the estate of the male driver who reportedly caused the accident due to speeding, which is a form of negligent driving. Anyone else who owned the car may also be named in the wrongful death lawsuits. If the individuals who file the lawsuits are successful, they might be awarded damages that may be used to cover the deceased victims' funeral costs and other losses stemming from the California car accident.
